  • I bought my first bike at Performance Bicycle almost 3 yrs ago - 2012. I had my first great experience with Adam who was not only courteous, enormously knowledgeable, & wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Initially, I constantly got flat tires & had to bring to them for repair. I finally said - this was getting ridiculous- is there something u can do. Adam did everything for my bike - put in slime, puncture resistant tires & I don't know what else, but, I never got a flat again, &, he did not charge me. Then, recently, I went back because of noise on bike & general check up. I met with Mitch, who was also phenomenal. I told him of my experience w/Adam before, & I'm wondering if he was trying to outdo him. Mitch was also spectacular !! He not only found the noise & fixed it, but, he totally cleaned up my bike, checked everything, &, taught me how to do it. Bike is running great again. Also, I've previously attended some of their free classes to learn more about my bike. I admit, I don't remember too much & need to go more, but, I love that they offer these. I absolutely love my bike - it's made me come alive again & so very grateful & appreciative of Performance Bicycle's great service !!! I've spoken w/other customers there & obviously it's a place to go for the fanciest bikes as well for races & things. I just wanted very simple for me & mine is perfect, but, they obviously have bikes for everyone.
