  • Don't be fooled by the lack of plush velvet chairs or mood lighting. This place is about the food! As a true southern Texas gal, I can appreciate the cooking! The chicken was divine! It wasn't dry or overcooked! The coleslaw and green beans were fantastic! The sweet cornbread was like my grandma used to make! Even the sweet tea brought memories of home! We will definitely be back!
