| - Not that impressed when I brought my Versa in for service. All the guy implied that they would do is plug it into their computer, as I had to explain my issue about 10 times for him to actually understand what happened, as if the computer was some magic diagnostic tool. I asked about a 2nd issue (My bluetooth wasn't working) and they didn't even bother working on it, because they were going to try and squeeze me in (Originally, fine, but when they couldn't squeeze me in.... they didn't bother looking into the bluetooth issue.) I felt talked down to when asking simple questions such as if the rental was per 24 hours or per calendar day as I rented it towards the end of the day, and was returning it early in the morning. Literally getting the response "Well, Rental cars aren't free" Not even answering my question, and one of the most unprofessional responses I've heard. They weren't even able to find a solution, just simply suggesting, try higher quality gas, and give premium a try for a few attempts.
They reprogrammed all my radio stations in my car, adjusted my seat, and didn't even bother to look into any of my potential service credits (Which I may or may not have had, but I sure get emailed about it a lot.)
When my car was still under warranty the service was great little extra courtesies were given, and I was genuinely impressed and ready to suggest my car to anyone looking, but at this point, I don't think I plan on returning, and my faith in Nissan's have been shaken after this recent service trip.
