| - This place is just another shady Auto Repair shop. I brought a truck in for an oil change that I had purchased on Groupon. First off, the kid at the counter had no idea what he was doing. He asks me front or rear drive, how many cylinders it has, and how many quarts it takes. Questions that should be obviously answered by looking at the truck sitting right there. So, after he puts it on the lift, the mechanic comes in and takes the kid aside for a discussion. He comes in and tells me he needs to show me a leak. I just bought the vehicle a couple of weeks ago, had it throughly inspected, and would notice any leaks in my parking spot since I had it. The guy shows me that the green fluid, and says it's the coolant. I told him to top it off and I would have a mechanic friend of mine take a look at it. The guy seemed quite agitated by this. Obviously hoping to sucker me into a large repair. He insisted that the problem needed to be addressed immediately. I told him I would put some stop leak in the radiator. He says that won't work. I told him I wasn't having him fix it. They told me the vehicle was ready about 10 minutes later. They didn't change the window sticker or give me any paperwork. I drive over to Walmart and looked in myself. There wasn't a drop of coolant in the reservoir. I think he intentionally drained it and spilt a bunch of it to make it look like a leak. I put stop leak in the radiator and filled up the coolant. I have been watching closely, and the coolant level is where it was at approximately when I filled it, and no coolant appears to be leaking from anywhere. They weren't satisfied with just doing an oil change, and especially not at a discount. A great opportunity to shake down a customer. I would never trust my vehicle at this place again. I hope this review helps others. Be careful!!!
