  • Wow-so greedy. I finally got the energy up and nerve to start bAck at gym. I saw 5 day pass and printed out. I arrived today and asked lady at "sign up desk" if she had a minute. I asked her to please tell me the options available for sign up-told her its been close to 15 years since I was a member. The next words out of her mouth "you can't use the 5 day pass if you were a prior member!" I said really, its been so long. Yep she replied. I took offense to her pure business mentality -obviously she wanted to make sure she got the benefit of signing me up today. Anyway at my age 60+ I value courtesy and kindness and that's where my $$ goes. This is. At the 116th and Shea location. BTW, its not the first 5 day pass complaint on the reviews. Almost like a BaitnSwitch. Thursday morning.
