rev:text	Do not go to Nationwide Vision Center in Mesa! They have the most incompetent staff that I have experienced. First off, my appointment was cancelled because they said my insurance was cancelled. (12/01/2017) What they did was pull up another person with my name but neglected to check the date of birth. No one bothered to notify me before I went to my appointment. The clerk was very, very rude. Next, I was receiving phone calls for the other person who had the same name. I called them to let them know and as of recently they have not removed my phone number from the other person's chart. The doctor I saw prescribed meds for me and to this date (01/23/2018) I have not received them nor have they been sent to my pharmacy. I requested a copy of my eye readings and they could not give me one because they "changed systems" and they could not be printed until the doctor came in which took 2 weeks. This place is unbelievable. Do not go there. Their customer service is really is really bad!!
