This is the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. The barista Sheila was very rude and seemed to talk down to me and my wife. We know exactly what we order every time we go to a Starbucks. She was very impatient with us, also with my father who is older and doesn't know the menu very well or at all. She was rude about it, talking to him as if he was a child. Not everyone is familiar with the menu. If she would have spoke this to my daughter, there would have been an even bigger issue. I am going to spread the word with all of my friends and family and people I network with, to rethink visiting any of your establishments. My drink after explaining the exact drink I wanted, was wrong. I never wrote reviews on anything, but I was so upset about this experience. I hope someone reaches out to solve this issue, if Starbucks really cares about their customers and the reputation it holds.
