  • When I shopped for my wedding gown, they provided good services. Right after you got the dress and go for first fitting and alteration, that's another story! I've arrived 10 mins early for my fitting, communicated to them for my appointment time and sat at the waiting area. When it was my appointment time, no one had approached me and told me what was going on. I sat and wait for another 10 minutes and finally had to approach then and asked for an update. They didn't even remember they checked me in and called me another name. They were surprised that I still say there! Finally, 15 mins later, the alteration manager arrived and took me into the alteration area. Since I've got my dress, they didn't even offer to ask for an assistant to help me to put on my dress. Instead, I have to ask several time. The worst part was, the assistant came in and didn't pay attention to my dress train and stepped on it! My point is- there is no after sale service!!!!
