One star only because you have to pick one! My daughter signed up as a member and she was offered a discounted rate for their XGT program. She was told she had till the 20th of September to cancel the program or she would be charged for it. She went into the gym but nobody could help her with the cancellation but she was assured it would be taken care of. She called back on the 25th and was told the situation was fixed. Lo and behold, her account was charged the full $49.95. She contacted Tyler who did not respond right away but said it takes 7-10 days for the credit to occur. This is now the 25th of October and her account was hit AGAIN for an additional $49.95 even though she told them to stop the deductions. She called 5 times today to try to rectify the situation and was bounced all over the place. So, I went in to help get resolution and this Tyler dude wouldn't even look at me, claiming he didn't have to speak with me as my daughter was 18. I asked him how long it would take for the money to come out of my account if I signed up as a new member.....he acknowledged right away. I then asked why it would take 30 days to refund and rectify THEIR MISTAKE.......All I got was a glazed look. I just contacted Corporate. I have also notified BBB and am going to make sure this place is totally discredited. These guys have no idea how badly their business will be damaged after this treatment. I am relentless.....Dude is rude.........
