  • I am not one to write online reviews, so this review is one that I truly need to share. I am a repeat customer of Queen of Maids - they did a fantastic job on my move out cleaning in late 2015 when I was prepping to put my home on the market. I came back to them again last weekend looking forward to a great repeat performance, but I have to say I was disappointed with the cleaning. I called and left a message with Queen of Maids that very weekend, even though they were closed. I immediately received an e-mail from their team letting me know that they wanted me to be 200 percent satisfied and that they would like to come out to do a reclean for free. Not only was the reclean free, I received a follow-up on a day their business was closed. Queen of Maids coordinated with me to get a team out right away, and two days later they sent Polina's team out. Wow! They did a great job! In times where you feel that customer service is a thing of the past, and that companies don't really value you as a customer, Queen of Maids is my example of how to make your customer happy. Thank you, Queen of Maids!
