  • Update - The customer service folks at OneGuard called me. They agreed to refund the service fee and the rep apologized. I am glad the money was refunded, but I am still disappointed that it took a bad Yelp review to get the refund. So I've increased my rating from one star to three for the refund, but be aware that dealing with this company may be a challenge.
