  • I believe I purchased this tour through Viator.com. They do not tell you that you'll be with Grayline Tours/Airbridge Tours. They do disclose the $10 fee you'll have to pay but I'm not sure why you have to pay it. Whatever. The driver was late picking me up at my hotel, but I was fine with it. I was in a nice luxury bus and I was very excited until he driver told me that I was not actually going to be in the luxury bus and he was dropping me off at a station. I was dropped off at a station and had to wait in a line in a room. They separated us by tour as if we were herds of cattle as they tried to up sell other tours. Then, they herd you to another room where you have to "check-in" and pay the fee while you are again, asked to purchase other tour options. The tour description lead me to believe that the snacks were included in the price of the tour. However, you had to purchase them at exorbitant prices. At this point, I was ready to call a taxi so I could leave. I felt that I was being scammed and ripped off. The bus ride there was good and uneventful. I enjoyed the narration. This is where it gets worse. The driver told us a certain time to be back at the bus, but he gave us a time in the Las Vegas time zone so the whole group hurried back to the bus an hour early. Yes, I was scammed out of an hour of seeing the canyon. It was very cold that day and the driver disappeared so we couldn't even board the bus till the last minute. I was so mad at this point. We got on the bus and a mother with her young child was using the restroom. The driver wanted everyone to pay attention and he yelled at the mother very rudely for not being in her seat. The child was probably about 4 years old. I was scared at this point due the the drivers demeanor. His yelling seemed almost violent. We got to the Hoover Dam pedestrian bridge and the driver pulled in, opened the bus door and very rudely yelled, "You have 20 minutes so hurry up and take your pictures and get back here." There were a few other things that happened but this review is already long. Stay away from Airbridge/Greyline as you will get scammed and treated like crap. Go with Adventure Photo Tours. They pick you up on time, don't drop you a bus station to collect money and up sell, and their drinks and snack are free.
