  • Mistake booking here, never again. Booked a "suite" for a couple of nights I needed to be downtown on business. First off, this place isn't downtown. About 15 minutes from downtown- despite their name having "downtown" in it. Second, the suite was not a suite. It was a room. A room with a shower. I can't imagine how bad the rooms are if that was a suite. The shower was stained, the carpet was dirty, something smelled moldy from the window shades, and the heater was barely working. I complained to front desk, they couldn't do anything. As I complained, someone introduced himself as the General Manager and asked what the problem was (in an old fashioned Italian bully with a twitch and Oakley glasses kind of way). I immediately realized I was getting nowhere if this is the guy they hired to run the place. 1 star for Lester's smoked meat sharing the lobby space.
