  • I was very intimidated to go (did I add, I'm totally out shape and that treadmill was staring me down from the second I walked in) However Miranda was very welcoming when explaining everything and made me feel at ease. The manager was also accommodating. Then there are the trainers....I've only done classes with Jordan and Kristen so far and they are so motivating--ah-mazing !!! Jordan is so fun and welcoming when I walk in. Kristen has the best music in her classes. Even if you're out of shape or feel the membership fee is too steep...try it out anyway. It's well worth it and even after the third class I can feel myself improving. Not ready for those 10 pound weights yet but I'll get there
