rev:text	Not Impressed - DO NOT CALL From an ad for three rooms @ $49, I called to have two rooms, which are the size of one, steam cleaned. They come in, do a test area, where the guy who cleans your carpet squirts a solution and then stands back, while the "owner" or another guy, put on a demo and REALLY puts an elbow into it and deep cleans a small area of your carpet. When finished, you're like, "Wow! My carpet is gonna look like new when they're done!" That is the "catch" to draw you in. They claim they can use some other treatment to deep clean and sanitize your carpet, opposed to just steam clean, your carpet for a price double quoted over the phone. Normally, I'm onto these tricks but got caught on an off day. I declined the sanitation but agreed to the deep clean. The result: There were a bunch of lines as if a cleaning was done, however, the areas that needed extra attention, revealed stains. Three weeks later, more high traffic stains were visible than ever seen in five years. They have you sign an agreement that states, should other stains/discoloration appear, they are not responsible, and then they disappear into broad daylight like they were never there. Meaning, they leave so fast, you wonder if they were a figment of your idle imagination. If you read this and still decide to take your chances on a different outcome when they do the demo and you agree to the "upgraded" service, demand and watch them do the same service applied during the demo. If you ignore this warning and use them anyway, ONLY PAY FOR THE STEAM CLEAN!!!
