1. When arrived at my time of appointment they casually decided to tell me they didn't have the part. And proceeds to admit they should have called me to notify me of this before I drove from across from town (which I did simply out of customer loyalty. Obviously no longer will be making that effort again)
2. As they were unreliable with their word I decided to purchase the part online myself and fix the problem on my own. The part cost $30 and too literally 5-7minutes to fix after watching a YouTube video on it. They charged me $120 last time for the exact same problem and part. (Of note I am a female that knows absolutely nothing when it comes to cars. That is how easy it was)
In conclusion, not reliable and overcharges.
