  • Facilities and most employees do their job with great pride. The guys in front that call the taxis over for you (James and his supervisor Lamar) are extremely disrespectful and will chase you down if you go too fast for their liking (8mph). Once you try to resolve the issue they will tell you it was your fault and do nothing to help the situation in a positive manner. To be completely honest, if I didn't know the hospitality industry and wasn't a local I wouldn't step foot back on their property if you paid me. Very disrespectful and very disappointed!
