  • HORRIBLE!! We hired this company for a move-out cleaning, where they were supposed to clean top to bottom. The house was empty and had brand new carpet, so it should have been a no-brainer. After they were supposedly there for 4 hours, I went over to inspect before paying them. Thank goodness I did! From the first step into the house, I could tell areas were not even touched. First, the travertine downstairs still had black spots on the floor where it had definitely not been mopped. They also lied to my face when I questioned whether they had vacuumed or mopped in places, as it was clear they hadn't. The laundry room still had stains on the floor from where the washer and dryer were, and the laundry sink wasn't touched. Then the kitchen...my beautiful 2-year old quartz countertops had a film over ALL of them! I asked what they had cleaned with and she said something I had in the garage. Um, I thought 1) you brought your own stuff, and 2) you do this for a living, SO YOU WOULD KNOW YOU DON'T CLEAN QUARTZ WITH BLEACH BATHROOM CLEANER!! The oven wasn't cleaned, the blinds were not dusted, multiple surfaces (mantle, shelves) still had dust on them. I have pictures of all of it! Oh, and the stairs. Yes it's new carpet, but it still needs vacuuming. Me: "Did you vacuum the stairs?" Them: "Oh, no, we don't have anything to vacuum stairs with." ??!!! I felt like I was going to have a heart attack just out of pure frustration. I called their office several times, and although they were nice, they didn't fix the issues. I ended up paying some, not all of what they were trying to charge, but it was still too much for what the did, or rather, did NOT do! I wish I'd read the other reviews before contracting them. Don't bother with this company!
