  • Amazing customer service. I had an issue ordering a used product from a different state and that other store screwed up on shipping the product to me for the 2 day shipping I paid for. Randy, Garrett and Jacques were the best at making sure I was taken care of and that I got all my items I needed in time for my big event. They all seriously went out of their way to not only make me a happy customer but keep me loyal to Guitar Center. I will definitely be returning to work with these guys. Thanks again Randy, Garret and Jacques!
