  • This review is about one man who took the time to help my wife and I purchase a vehicle. The sales mans name was Clark he did everything he could to help us purchase the vehicle we wanted. This was our dream car a BMW X6 and he did all the work to get us approved and had all the paper work ready for us to sign when I unexpectedly was hospitalized for about a week. During this time frame he continued to write and call not to pressure us in to buying a vehicle but to check and see how I was doing. Not once did he mention the vehicle or ask when I would be able to come back to sign the paperwork. All he did was send words of encouragement and concern. You have to understand that he worked for several hours to put this deal together. Clark worked very hard and made many phone calls on our behalf so to find someone who would put that much time and effort in to a deal that would eventually fall thru due to my hospitalization and our financial situation changing and Clark at no time was cross or short with us was something I was not use to when dealing with a car salesman normally when a car salesman find out you are not going to purchase the vehicle they act like you are no longer worth their time or effort. Clark was the opposite of this he could careless about the sale he just wanted to make sure I was ok and that there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. It is for this reason when I am able to purchase a vehicle again I will only do business with Clark I don't care if he works at the Automall or Any other dealership I will purchase my next vehicle from Clark and I advise you do the same. Clark will treat you with respect and dignity but most importantly he really does care about those people he helps to purchase a vehicle. I hope that anyone who reads this will go to the Automall and purchase their next vehicle from Clark. When I talked to him his desk was in the back right corner of the building when you walk in so I hope you go there and ask for Clark the salesman who changed my perspective on how the car buying experience can be a positive one and not one of discomfort and bickering. So if you are reading this Clark thank you and I wish you nothing but the best and I mean it if you move to anther dealership let me know I will go there to for my next vehicle.
