  • I will NEVER take my dog to get groomed here!! Customers be ware of the employees they have taking care of your fur babies. I say this because as I stood watching this one female employee (brown hair, glasses) handle this large dog, NOT appropriate!!! I get they have to handle them in a way so they don't get bit or hurt the animal but neither was the case for the way she grabbed this dogs nose (twice) Had this been my dog, I quickly would have gone in and snatched him without paying a dime. Or better yet, grabbed her face to see how she liked it!! Then caused one heck of a scene. That lady needs to be removed from handling pets. I really hope the manager who I spoke to took care of the complaint, she was horrible.
