  • Tonight was a reminder why I don't eat at claim jumper if I can help it. It was my son's bday and his choice, so we went. Took forever for someone to come greet us after sitting down, food was so so, took a long time and just luke warm when it came out, seemed like it probably sat for a while before being delivered. When we were finished, dirty plates were left on the table until we left. No water was offered or brought to the table. Over all, not a great experience.
