  • They are overpriced and not willing to negotiate on used vehicles based of KBB prices. I knew exactly what I wanted, did my research and made a reasonable offer on a truck based on KBB prices for the year and mileage of the truck. They tried to give me a APR rate twice of the low APR for excellent credit (which I do have). Left very frustrated and ended up finding a a truck a few days later at another dealer for $6,000 less and a low APR rate.
