  • Very tired and in need of a makeover. The pool area is awful - not comfortable or lush at all. Very corporate. Of all the wonderful resorts around Phoenix/Scottsdale, I'm surprised the Ritz would hold onto this property and it's "any city USA" vibe. Turn it into a Marriott and call it a day until you open a resort.
