  • I found a beautiful CLS 550 there online. Emailed Steve the online sales representative. He was quick to respond and gave me all the information and pictures I wanted. Super friendly and informative. After many discussions he went out of his way to work with mercedes corporate and get the vehicle CPO'd for me. Got an additional 2 year warranty for up to 135kmiles. So far it Has been a fantastic experience. We did all the financial paperwork over email and telephone, got a great rate and when there was a delay by a day on picking it up because of something on their side they threw in a free blue tooth for the car. I'll be leaving in a few minutes to drive the 6 hours to pick it up and will update this when I have completed the transaction but so far, I would say the best sales experience I have ever had for any of the 10 plus cars I've purchased in my life. Steve has been exceptional. Will update in 8 hours..... Just saw the car! Exactly as described, outstanding service, paper work ready and my beautiful fiancĂ© loves her new car! It's a win all the way around, and the price was extremely fair. Win /Win When I buy my next one, I will definitely come back and see Steve Schoettker!
