  • Save your money... First of all, you have to listen to rap music while your getting your lashes done listening to Mother Effer this and that, very unprofessional. I had a Groupon with a set and a fill. First the set was only about 50% of my lashes and the appt was supposed to be 2 hours but was only 1hr and 15 mintues. 10 Minutes was do to me trying to find the suite. So even tho I already paid for my fill so I made the appt not planning on ever going back after my fill, so there policy is if you don't get an email confirmation for your appt, you don't have an appt. I never got an email so I called and left a msg. Never heard back. I texted them 12 times this morning to confirm my 11:00 fill and it's now 10 mintues to 11:00 and they still haven't given me the curtiousy of a response. They are terrible anyway, so I'm glad they were unprofessional enough to not get back to me. Now I'm requesting my money back from Groupon.. not asking for all of it back, I did some service even tho the lashes fell out within a week, but I am requesting a partial refund.
