  • After dealing with another appliance "repair" company for almost two months (I know, shame on me), I called Valleywide. What can I say except that I'm glad I did. Spoke with Andy late in afternoon who pretty much diagnosed issue but said he would confirm once I sent him model information on my dishwasher. Got a call first thing the next morning with confirmation that it was exactly what he thought as he verified with manufacturer and already ordered part. The part for my Blomberg dishwasher would take 3-5 days to arrive (standard for Blomberg) and they would call with update. Spoke with Anthony a few days later and we scheduled for following Tuesday. Anthony was AWESOME!! Installed new part in less than an hour and stuck around about 15-20 min to ensure it cycled through. In less than a week and in only one visit, they accomplished what others couldn't in several months and several visits. Thank you!!! Honest and reasonable; hard working and personable; AND warranty on their work. Couldn't ask for anything more.
