  • HORRIBLE! new management team is the worst, never answer emails or phone calls. THE WORST SECURITY, DO NO I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN or if you want to keep the wheels on your car. there have been breaks ins, sexual assaults, stolen bikes, a stolen car and a car got broken into. they have a bullshit security that walks around that consists of a skinny 12 year old looking woman and a fat dude that couldnt outrun my puppy. there are no cameras in the elevator, no cameras in the garage. i am counting the seconds til my lease is over to get away from this place. regarding the apartments themselves, they are poorly made with cheap material and they charge you $1100 for 500 sq ft. The counter tops are garbage the floors are low quality and show every single stain. the apartments are bright white, think mental institute chic.
