  • I have never taken the time to write a review before, but after having the absolute WORST experience in a dentist chair, I feel the need to warn others. Let me say that my first visit w Tranquil Dentistry was great. I was impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff, not to mention the massaging chair!! However, my second visit for a cleaning and cavity filling was the opposite of tranquility. Dr. Savage was completely unprofessional, rude, and an overall bully. First of all, she was obviously annoyed that they didn't have my X-rays. I had to explain that I was pregnant the last visit and decided to wait on getting them done. Secondly, she was doing a "working" assistant interview throughout my cavity filling , which would have been fine with me, but she never even mentioned it, much less ask if I was okay with it. It seemed she was rolling her eyes the ENTIRE time bc this person would hand her the wrong tool or position the water and suction in the wrong place. Her tone of voice was demeaning and she said nothing to make sure I was comfortable. I actually considered getting up and leaving, I was so upset! I'm still in disbelief that I was treated this way in a seemingly professional establishment.
