  • Merchandise is nice enough but seems horribly overpriced even given the location. It hardly matters, as the sales people will follow you and make you feel so unwelcome that you will probably want to leave without buying anything anyway. They are openly rude and snobbish and God forbid a mere mortal earning less than $1,000,000/year walk in there hoping to splurge a bit on a nice sweater or two. On the one hand, the salespeople follow you around suggesting things but then seem aggravated when you ask questions or want to try on a larger size. I was once told that this store is "not for people like you", so I walked somewhere else to buy my coat. The closing sale has made much of the merchandise somewhat affordable and that's the only reason I went in again. But honestly you're going to grit your teeth through the whole thing. At least you'll have fun watching the salesmen squabble in front of you.
