  • I have been to this location a total of three times, each time getting worse rather than better. All three times we have proceeded through the line process and are asked what we would like. We either get a bowl or a burrito. On any occasion, the staff begins to make our plates, with the tortilla and rice, and THEN asks us what else we would like. Every time the containers are completely out of at least one of our requested ingredients (we normally arrive a couple hours before closing). This last time, they were out of fajita peppers. We observed that the staff did not request the ingredients to be prepared and cooked until after we asked for them, thus causing us to wait 6-10 minutes and causing our already prepped food to get cold. This has happened another time with steak, which was also empty, and not being prepared until requested. We normally order, steak, which seems like the safe option, because I really do enjoy the flavor; however, more often then not, I am left with fatty, tendon pieces of meat that I can't chew through and have to spit out... perhaps next time I will attempt chicken in hopes that it will be better. I am giving this location 2 stars rather than 1, simply because the staff are normally incredibly nice and friendly. This being said, I have some minor suggestions that may improve customer satisfaction. Ask your customers all of the ingredients they would like BEFORE you begin to make their plates, therefore removing the chance of their food getting cold when it is completely out. Secondly, don't wait for the container to be completely out, and for someone to request steak, to start making the steak (and other ingredients). Maybe when it gets down to half or a quarter amount, scoop that into the front, and start to prepare a fresh batch to put into the back; thus eliminating the chance of food sitting for longer than desired, and always having fresh ingredients available. All of that aside, the salsa and chips are FIRE; they are doing an amazing job on those. My boyfriend and I are on diets, and we try to find places with fresh ingredients and healthier options; we normally split a burrito or have a small bowl each; it is hard to find places nowadays that are quick, don't break the bank, and healthier than other fast food alternatives. I will put my faith in Chipotle one last time and stick to the chicken, in hopes for a better experience; I like to see a business that listens to their customers and always strives for improvement. Thank you for feeding me this evening. Cheers! PS. I wish guacamole had less calories, because that shit is also amazing.
