  • Do not do business with this SCAM company. I wish I read the reviews before this company was dispatched to my home through my warranty company AHS. The 1st red flag was the day of the appointment when I get a call from the dispatcher saying they needed to reschedule after I had been waiting 4 hours! Jason finally shows up the next day and looks at the H2O heater and says it needs to be replaced and it is covered under the warranty. However he said several modifications were needed that were not covered under the warranty totaling $285! Another red flag! After going back and forth with AHS and Athena's plumbing, I decided to have it done by another company called Remedy Plumbing and Rooter. They removed and replaced the H2O with no modifications! I will file a complaint with the BBB and the ROC for unethical business practices!
