rev:text	On 7/23 we went to Vegas to enjoy a baseball game with our family at the 51's. We stay in a hotel pretty close to the field, but do not walk because we don't feel safe enough with our younger kids. Reading previous reviews I noticed that sometimes the taxi wait times can be long, so I called about two hours early and asked if it was possible to preschedule a time. The dispatch said no problem and I told her where I was and where I was going to. After she prescheduled it she said I'd get a call from the cabbie before pickup. I did receive a call to say he was waiting for us downstairs. It was about 30 minutes earlier than I wanted, but no big deal to us. We went downstairs and got in the cab. When the driver found out we were only going 2 blocks to the stadium he gave me a huge lecture all the way there on how I made him come all the way over here for a 2 block trip. He complained how he had to drive 20 minutes away from his place at the airport just to give us a short ride. He was extremely upset and took it out on us without hesitation. I explained I gave the dispatcher all the information, and basically he didn't care. When we got to the field he kicked us out at the wrong side of the complex because he saw some young guys waiting for a cab. We said that this was the wrong spot to drop us off and he said cabs weren't allowed in. We ended up getting pushed out and I ended up not giving him a tip. Unfortunately we had a long walk with my young kids to the other side of the complex. When the game was over, we went to the taxi line and got into a cab that had a driver that was friendly and honest. Which made the quick ride home much more enjoyable. I ended giving him the other guys tip as well. Lucky Cab...maybe you should take pride in your company and monitor how well your drivers give customer service. What a horrible experience we had, all due to a extremely rude and unprofessional driver you employed.
