  • I bought my Toyota Highlander there about a year ago. It was my first time buying a car and I had the worst experience there. The salesman that was helping us was nice in the beginning and once we when into negotiations it was downhill from there. We can in with a game plan on what we wanted to spend, and had been going back and forth for a while. The salesman was becoming very agitated at one point even said are you gonna buy the car or not. He walked away and spoke to another gentleman I'm assuming he was from finances and was yelling and cursing to the point where we could hear him! It was extremely uncomfortable and the gentleman who he was talking to told him he needed to stop and that he would take over the remainder of the transaction. We finished signing and did what we needed to do but as you can imagine it wasn't the most pleasant after that. I called a few days later to get a hold of the manager to express my disappointment and she didn't seem to helpful. I will never go back to this dealership and it's unfortunate that my first experience on buying my first car was so bad!
