  • My company has been using Hot Shots for over a year to deliver close to 22,000 newspapers to Phoenix residents every month. They not only pick up the papers from the printer, label them and deliver them to the Post Office, but they deliver all the extra copies to our office AND fill up all our rack distribution sites for us as well. We've had few problems with them; perhaps the only complaint is they tend to be a little slow responding to e-mails and VM messages. We switched to them after experiencing frequent issues with our previous mail house, and I must say it has been a vast improvement working with Hot Shots.
