  • Agree with other reviewers about the service. The people really wasn't interested in serving and they just look so unhappy. We walked in with no one at the register and then the lady came back from the back with refills for their sides. She had gone back and forth 2 times to get her refills so we had to wait for a good 4 minutes to be acknowledged. I asked if she could let us order first cuz we have somewhere to be; she said she will need to finish what she was doing. So she went back two more times to refill the bean sprouts and then she was finally ready for us. So no, I didn't feel welcomed there but I guess that's not what they are striving for. They are in a good location with tons of college students would frequent their place so they are not concerned about a few unhappy customers. But if you care about your service experience and not from this general area, I would definitely NOT recommend this place. It's not worth the drive and there are other better Hawaiian food places in the valley!
