I walked in and asked for a wash and cut. The receptionist said that someone would be able to see me in 20 minutes. I came back only to wait some more and to be led up the stairs to wait even more. Then they were going to seat me without a wash and I had to remmind one of the employees that I had asked for a wash. While I was receiving the wash she said, "you know you have to pay more!" I don't understand why she would say that knowing that I read their pricing and asked for that service. She led me awkwardly into the chair. I saw the stylist explained what I wanted and referenced from a picture and she just cut my hair without referencing the picture. At the end it looked nothing like what I had asked. I looked like an old Korean auntie. I was just exhausted by the whole experience and didn't trust that salon to fix it. I'm pissed off I have to pay for another hair cut. I would not come here again. I would also like to point out that communication was also difficult since someone the employees couldn't speak English fluently.
