  • horrible customer service I'm new to town looking for a place to drop off my work clothes and as soon as i walked into the store I was greeted with negativity. I stated hello I need dry cleaning and alterations, without even looking g at my items she immediately said we our alterations lady isn't here right now and we close in 5 mins.... so of course I'm agitated at this point and advised her it's nothing I needed to try on (the seams from my jacket needed to be mended back) so as I'm pulling out my belongings, I show her my synthetic leather jacket that needed the seams mended and of course she doesn't look at the label and says we don't do leather ... I roll my eyes and I tell her it's not leather it's synthetic. ... she grinned and made a very indecisive look. within seconds I just told her I'll go elsewhere. .. horrible service totally annoyed this lady was jus worried about going home
