  • I just went to this store a couple days ago....so I walk in and I greet this tall blonde woman who works there with a simple "hello" - no reply. Okay, fine. I let her know that I needed a small bubble envelope and she simply points to where it is in the store without saying a word. Okay fine. I am thinking at this point "is this woman a mute?" I really don't know what to make out of this horrible way to treat a paying customer especially since she has NO REASON to cop such a bad attitude with me - it is truly unreal. So when I finish everything up and get ready to check out and place a label, again not another word, not even a smile. After I paid I am the one that said "thank you" and what did this inept excuse of a customer service individual do? SHE TURNED HER BACK AND WALKED AWAY! No thank you back, no have a good day, nothing. Since when is it okay to treat people like that? Is she supposed to be serving me or the other way around? Will never go there again even though it is literally 400 feet away from my home.
