  • I ordered a dresser from Wayfair and this is the company they use to deliver. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this company. The person tasked with scheduling my delivery notoriously did not call me back. It took me 5 calls to get a hold of him. Then after I received an email confirmation with the wrong date of delivery than what was scheduled, I called back again to verify the delivery date and was assured it was correct. Delivery date came and I was told my delivery was scheduled for the date in the email. When I called to remedy this, the contact did not call me back and in fact the warehouse stated the scheduling people don't answer their phones because they don't know who's calling and don't want to talk to customers. Terrible experience with this company.
