rev:text	Unprofessional! I stopped at Mountain Side apartments this morning at 9:00am (10/29/13) to inquire about renting a 3 bedroom apartment. There was an agent sitting at a desk when I approached the office. I tried opening the door but it was locked. She did look at me but made no move to get up to give me assistance. I double checked my information and their website said they opened at 9am....odd. I then noticed a sign on the door that said they would not open until 11am that day. As I was making notes in the entrance way, a gentlemen ( might have been a maintenance man) asked me what I wanted. I informed him that I would like to look at the property. He asked me "who are you with"? I said that I was a potential renter. He looked surprised. Almost like I was an inspector who wanted access to the facilities. He said oh okay let me get her, he unlocked the door, asked the female agent if she would show me an apartment and she wouldn't even speak to me but instead told him she was to busy. If this is how they treat "potential" customers I can't even imagine how they treat customers that have signed contacts with them. Rude, unprofessional and would not give them an opportunity to earn your business. Too many other choices in the area to spend $1,300 a month.
