**Update since Best Friends Finally Replied to me**
What my concern is is that when I called one of your team members ALREADY knew that there were signs and symptoms of Kennel cough going around and there was NO warning for me before I boarded my animals. If they knew this was happening and they knew there might be a chance that there could potentially be the virus in the air then why wouldnt you warn ALL of your clients before they take their dogs there? I have not gotten any notifications from you all of kennel cough moving forward and I know you probably have a mass email chain that goes out to everyone that is looking to stay or board there.. So it just seems to me that if you KNEW there was an issue in the past why weren't you notifying your clients then? I havent received any warning going forward that there is an issue there.. Just seems to me you could be hiding it..
