  • Three stars is solely based on the front desk, Lisa at the front is incredibly rude to guests. I saw Dr. Gould, she is a gem! So sweet. The room are very clean, they even smell clean! Love it! The staff is great as well. The front desk can use some work, but we all have a bad day once and awhile.
