  • Fast response, no hard selling, didn't try to sell me a window that didn't fit our budget or our lifestyle. We settled on the low end of their selection, which is mid range anywhere else. Cody was great, gave an exact quote and didn't try to hustle to get my money. All other companies we called with good ratings gave us a bs sales pitch. "Sale ends in 2 days, but I'm sooo busy I won't be able to get you in if your don't sign today." That's what the other guys kept telling us, and their "sale price" was literally DOUBLE what Cody quoted. And, they just scribbled numbers on a paper that made no sense. Funny thing is, Cody said, "We're not the company that scribbles numbers on a blank sheet of paper and tries to get you to sign." Ha, cuz that's what all of them did! Cody's quote was very detailed, and easy to understand where my money was going. We are just waiting for yearly bonuses to be paid out to move forward. But based on the experience with others, I don't see a need to check out anyone else.
