  • Came in for cut an all over highlight... Gave stylist, Nelson, very little direction and he still made some good choices for me. The main reason this spinster 5 stars is the receptionist(s). When I first called I got a little bit of attitude and when I got there, he was running a little behind, but they didn't tell me, offer water... Anything. He was very apologetic, but I was starting to get annoyed by the time he was able to get to me. And that could've easily been avoided if someone up front had just told me what was going on.
