  • I needed a bike shop that first of all made me feel comfortable when I walked in the front door. Check. (I've been in many where I didn't.) Thanks to Mike and his great attitude I immediately felt at ease. I had just purchased a mountain bike from Colorado that needed assembly. I put it together the best I could but had a difficult time on the front through axle. I thought that I had broken it so I went looking for a good bike shop. Good thing I found Bicycles of Phoenix. Seriously. They fixed my problem with ease and did minor adjustments that I hadn't completed so I could safely ride my new bike. Very reasonable in the price too!! I just came back from my first ride and am extremely happy with the results. Thanks guys for helping me get out on the trail with no problems. Highly recommend this place!!!
