  • This experience happened to me awhile back but I never took the time to write a review until now. Honestly I wish I had never even wasted the time to book an appointment here. I live in Mooresville but was working in Cornelius when this occured. A very nice lady came into my workplace, after a friendly conversation we began talking about hair because I had previously attended cosmetology school. She informed me that she had recently graduated from the Paul Mitchell school and was working at this salon. She gave me her business card with a free blowout. I went ahead and booked the service with her on the spot, along with a haircut. My appointment was booked for 2 days later. Upon arriving at the salon and telling the receptionist my name I was then informed that she didn't have any appointments down for this time. After I told her who my appointment was supposed to be with I was then informed that she no longer worked there. 2 days later?! The receptionist then said "we tried to call you and left you a voicemail" I confirmed they had my correct number on file.. they did. I had no missed calls or voicemails from the salon, obviously they did not try to call me. They tried to offer me an appointment for another time but didn't have any available until the following week so I declined. I definitely would never return to this salon after this experience and wasted time. The fact that the staff wasn't accommodating or even apologetic was even more off-putting.
