  • I showed up at this salon with an appointment and was 10 minutes early. I signed in at the desk and the girl said she would tell my stylist I was there. I waited there for 50 minutes without anyone saying a word to me past that. There were stylists standing around talking and people were taken before me and left. I decided not to waste the $70 on a haircut by people who were so unprofessional as to not say anything. I also did not want my hair cut to be rushed as by the time I left it was about 40 minutes until the salon closed. I was disappointed as all of their reviews said they were professional and could manage great styles. I did not get that feeling when I was there. I also would have waited patiently and happily had someone told me that my stylist was still with their client and would be with me as soon as possible. I would not recommend this unprofessional salon that takes its customers for granted.
