  • Stopped at C Rock last Sunday just to ask basic questions and to get prices. We walked around found the products we wanted. Ask an employee for assistance and he said let me get my boss. The boss shows up and is a total jerk. He didn't give us prices and kept asking how much product was needed. Our response was that we were just getting prices and needed to measure. He then said $300 cash only and delivery today. He refused to let us measure and return at a later date, He refused to honor the $300 price at a later date. He didn't have a business card. Honestly don't know if he was a boss or just trying to scam us. Stay away from C Rock!!! Terrible customer service!!!
