This owner/investor is out of state and paying this company to provide this level of management. Yes, Sureway is aware of the state of this home and have been for a year or more. And if this is the exterior, imagine what your interior looks like. You'll have to gut the home down to the frame and start over if you ever want to sell your home. And there goes your profit.
